Motor Rewinds
The Park Gate motor rewind shop is one of the largest in the UK and employs an experienced team of time-served highly qualified Armature Winders. Electric motor rewinds, repairs and overhauls are carried out to a wide range of AC and DC machines from fractional horsepower to large motors for industry.
We also have staff qualified to carry out repairs to hazardous area electric motors.
The facilities available in our modern workshop include a comprehensive test centre, Baker testing, dynamic balancing, baking oven, PCP burn off oven, Schenck 220kw load test dynamometer, spray shop, and a 10 tonne overhead travelling crane.
Our motor rewind department workers carry out on site essential maintenance including brush and bearing changes, motor replacement, mechanical and electrical installation work, laser alignment and condition monitoring.
We can provide written quotations for any electric motor repair work.
