Electric Motor Rewinds
The Park Gate motor rewind shop is the largest in the area and employs a very experienced team of time-served qualified Armature Winders. Electric motor rewinds, repairs and overhauls are carried out to a wide range of AC and DC machines from fractional horsepower to large motors for industry.
The facilities available at this modern workshop include a comprehensive test centre, dynamic balancing, temperature controller burn-off, baking oven, baker testing facility, load testing and spray shop. A number of the staff are qualified to carry out repairs to hazardous area electric motors.
Our motor rewind department staff also carry out on site essential maintenance including brush and bearing changes.
