Electric Motor Rewinds

The Park Gate motor rewind shop is the largest in the area and employs a very experienced team of time-served qualified Armature Winders. Electric motor rewinds, repairs and overhauls are carried out to a wide range of AC and DC machines from fractional horsepower to large motors for industry.

The facilities available at this modem workshop include a comprehensive test centre, dynamic balancing, baking oven, spray shop, 10 tonne overhead travelling crane etc. A number of the staff are qualified to carry out repairs to hazardous area electric motors.
